Our tour will show you the artistic side of Buenos Aires and some of the biggest and most iconic murals by international street artists in areas that aren’t in the tourist guidebooks.

We will visit the neighborhoods of La Boca and Barracas both of them in the south area of the city. We will get to know Social and political issues through urban art.

In Barracas we will also see the longest mural in the world, painted by a single artist. It is call “The returning of Quinquela”. The      2,000 sq metre masterpiece, work of artist Alfredo Segatori. We will also see in barracas the fronts of the houses intervened with paint and mosaics
And last but not least San Telmo and its Murals wait for us!

Arte Callejero – Escucha que historia cuenta cada mural

Crece el prestigio de los pintores urbanos y Buenos Aires gana un lugar entre las ciudades que mejor entienden este fenómeno artístico. Un país con mucha libertad para pintar murales. Lo único necesario es la aprobación del dueño del lugar que se considera pintar.

Buenos Aires es muy conocida por su arte callejero, tanto Fodor como de Huffington Post, la consideraron una de las ciudades más importantes del mundo para ver Arte Urbano.

Primero visitaremos los barrios de La Boca y Barracas, ambos en el área sur de la ciudad. Además de sus coloridas casas, veremos sus grandes murales, a menudo de inspiración política, que adornan tanto edificios públicos como privados. En Barracas también será muy interesante ver el mural más largo del mundo, pintado por un solo artista: Segatori. Y por último, pero no menos importante, ¡San Telmo y sus murales nos esperan!
